TG-3.16 worked example: all tables

Companion to TG-3.16 Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Ocean Asset Accounts, Section 3.8. The example is synthetic, and every table is generated by one script from one set of inputs. Tables marked "as submitted" contain the nine seeded errors (E1 to E9) and are not models. The QC log is also available as CSV.

Live-weight factor 1.25 1.25 National conversion-factor table, gutted to live weight, one factor for this species and form
Condition-to-service form Linear (screening) Linear (screening) Labelled as such; likely bias: understates loss near a threshold
Trajectory Held at closing condition Held at closing condition Flows held at the closing condition. Two observations do not establish a trend; TG-4.8 asks for a record of at least ten years before a trend is claimed
Horizon Finite Finite Finite 30-year horizon: the management plan that sustains the flows renews every ten years and renewal beyond 2055 is not assured (TG-3.1 Section 3.5.3)
